If you’re not currently scared for Miles Morales’ life, after watching the new “Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse” trailer … are you white?
Because not only is “Brooklyn’s one and only Spider-Man” basically failing Spanish class … when he literally comes from a Spanish speaking household. Sir got a B … like he don’t speaka di Spanish. *stupes* He also had the nerve to tell his Puerto Rican mama “whatever”. And even though we don’t see the slap in the trailer, we don’t need to. If you grew up around Caribbean folks, you already know that was the ‘slap heard from around the world’! Whew chile. Even his daddy looked scared!
However, the new trailer does a great job of reminding us why we loved “Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse”. The animation is impeccable!
I don’t know how they do it, but the animation of these films look so damn real … I forgot it wasn’t a live-action film. And the art style feels very much like flipping through the pages of a comic book.
Plus, this Spider-Verse sequel features some of our favorites — including, Issa Rae, Daniel Kaluuya, Brian Tyree Henry, and Oscar Isaac. So you know it’s gonna be good! But what we don’t know … is if Mr. Morales is gonna make it through the entire film alive, and in one piece, with his new smart mouth.

All I know is … this teen better figure out life fast, because this “Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse” trailer also reveals new Spider-People … and they’re looking for a fight.
