And I can’t WAIT to book a room for my daughter and I this Summer! The Cartoon Network Hotel is opening up in Central Pennsylvania, which is only a bus ride away!
Suck it Disney and Universal!
I kid, I kid! Lol But seeing as how both of those are SO darn far away right now, this is the next best thing! (Even the Nickelodeon Resort is ALL the way in Punta Canta now. Sigh!)
And to think … just a few weeks ago I was ALL excited about the hotel the Coach Carter’s team stayed in? Silly me!
Now let’s take a look at what the new Cartoon Network Hotel will look like, shall we.
The Rooms
The Cartoon Network Hotel will feature 165 rooms and immerse guests in the animation and antics of characters from shows like Adventure Time, We Bare Bears, and The Powerpuff Girls.
Each guest room and suite will feature interchangeable show theming that can be customized around children’s preferences to make each visit a new adventure.
I looked up the prices (for July) and it seems like rooms will start at $289 a night. Which isn’t too bad, honestly! (I’ve spent more than that just staying in NYC. Lol)
The Food
Once you’re done picking your room theme, it’s on to picking your food! Duh!
There’s a Bearista Café, located just off the main lobby, a Land of P’Oool Concession Stand, near the pool of course, and a Cartoon Kitchen, where you can book a “dream cube” and have bacon, bacon pancakessss.
You can even book a kids cooking class at the Cartoon Kitchen! (Which my kid would LOVE!) When does the Cartoon Network Hotel open again? Ugh!
The Amenities
Once you’re fueled up, there’s fun to be had at the Cartoon Network Hotel!
They’ve got an indoor (and outdoor) pool, a game room, a kids play area, a splash pad, an outdoor movie screen and a Cartoon Network store that will keep the fun going regardless of the season!
The nine-acre destination will also feature an interactive lobby with surprises around every corner, lawn games, fire pits and more!
When will the Cartoon Network Hotel Open?
