If you’re a Black millennial, chances are you’ve seen at least 80 of these movies below. (If not all!) And there’s a high chance you’ve seen them more than once! Why? Because growing up in the 90s as a Black millennial meant you didn’t have Netflix or Hulu. Hell, if you had cable you were one of the lucky ones!
But this paved the way to our movie obsession, since all we really had was the TV, and whatever came on at that moment. There was no fast forward, skipping, or binge watching anything in the 90s! You watched what was on, and you didn’t complain. Those were the rules. (Even if that meant watching the same movie every other few weeks until a new one came out.) Hell, I just watched Love and Basketball a few weeks ago. Some things just never change!
So here’s a list of 100 movies you’ve probably watched more than once if you’re a Black millennial, you know … so you can take a trip down memory lane and relive your childhood through these photos. (And once you’re done taking a trip down memory lane, here’s 175 Disney movies you’ll want to watch when Disney+ releases on Nov 12th with your kids, if you have any. And if you don’t — don’t worry, I won’t judge if you watch them by yourself.)

I see a lot of these movies on this list, but I think I watched Sister Act the Most.
OMG! My daughter loves that movie so much.
